Mediation Services
Leveraging his extensive expertise in employment and civil rights matters, Sam provides mediation services to resolve disputes efficiently and equitably. His reputation as a fearless litigator with exceptional advocacy skills ensures productive outcomes for all parties involved.
Mediation Fee:
- $7,000 per day (8 hours), including pre-mediation research, consultations, and post-mediation follow-ups.
- Hourly rate of $500 beyond 8 hours.
Travel expenses apply for mediations outside Atlanta.

Sam advises organizations on strategies to avoid employee-related problems and provides training on various aspects of employment law. His seminars cover topics like diversity, inclusion, and workplace compliance, helping businesses maintain harmonious work environments.
Employment training sessions are available at a daily rate ranging from $5,000 to $7,000, depending on the scope and customization required.
